Could it be dangerous or since I was so fat I lose it way quicker (what my friends seem to says). I'm 6'2 and started in mid february at 273, weighted today at 254.2... Any advice is appreciated, I really want to start taking care of myself and although I feel and see results, that much in so little time/efforts scares me... I take 72mg Ephedrine and 600mg caffeine daily.

Not sure about the Ephedrine but i would probably drop that. As for the caffeine intake, 600mg is like 6 cups of coffee. If you're burning it off well than I'd say stay on it. But if it's starting to cause you to crash at night or get addicted to it in the morning, i would either drop it's intake or lower it. I've been off of caffene for awhile, mostly my pre workouts (250-300mg.)

As for the weight lost, i really don't know if you're losing it in a healthy way or not. When i was taking a food suppressant/fat burner, i lost about 20 pounds in 30 days. But thats because i was only eating 1 bagel, cream cheese, and some veggies a day. Not proud of those times and i would never do it again. But you're a big man, and when you start to feed your body what it's true calorie intake should be, your fat should start to melt off. Best results with exercise assistance. What also may happen is if you lose weight in a substantial amount of time, most of it can be lean mass. Since your body hungers for nutrients gained from breaking down muscle vs fat. I'd say but the cardio down to about 30 minutes 4 times a week. If you're a heavier man and you really start to get physical, you weight should start dropping in a negative exponential weight. Meaning your going to lose a lot and it will start to slow down. Give yourself some goals like, ok im 270, i want to be 250 in a month and a half (very possible.) And after that, ok ill aim for 235 at the end of this month, than about 225 after next month. I'll be at around 200 in 6 months. These are just some numbers that i made up, see what works for you. The road is very long, but possible.
