I like fitness, ask me anything
I tried EC Stack to lose some weight and I must say WTF, even a bit scared... I started going to the gym and light jogging 1h 4 times a week, I kept eating normally (maybe reduced a little but I'm definitely not only eating vegetables) and in two weeks in a half I lost 19 pounds... Could it be dangerous or since I was so fat I lose it way quicker (what my friends seem to says). I'm 6'2 and started in mid february at 273, weighted today at 254.2... Any advice is appreciated, I really want to start taking care of myself and although I feel and see results, that much in so little time/efforts scares me... I take 72mg Ephedrine and 600mg caffeine daily.
