You're right. That was the first number I recall a month ago but today read that it's $28M for Ecclestone alone, another $125M-$200M for FIA track upgrades.
Seems less likely and the IndyCar contract goes through 2015 anyway so the city should be grateful they get IndyCar (standing start this year), United Sports Car and Pro-Celebrity and turn a profit thanks to Toyota title sponsorship.
