You really need to chill out... I was never under the impression it would be locked, and nor was the user in question. He has simply mentioned it in here as we had a hard time getting ahold of shiv at the time to find out what MAP sensor he was using in his kit.
Shiv has little to gain by keeping his rom locked from my point of view. Him keeping the file open is incentive for people to purchase his hardware. He never mentioned it only being a locked file and is against what he preaches.

You never mentioned it being locked yet you did?

Then it went from there into this whole issue of not being open. Yet here is the point you overlooked, not only is it a BETA,
No One has an OFT300 from Vishnu at all. No One.
So frankly the fact it was released to someone who did not buy the specific OFT300 kit and is working with what may not be what comes in the kit for the OFT300 is really gracious of a tuner and a company. Yet you make it out to be this point of contention because he didn't open it up to you completely when he is not even done with it.....
So I don't see what I need to chill out on, but I do see where this claim/spin that its locked and not helping which is counter productive needs to end when the reality is that the kits are not even in anyone's hands yet and he is supporting someone with a pieced together kit that may or may-not match his.
