anyways.. clearly you can see this is an engine dyno and not a rolling dyno by the numbers... i have faith in them if they are taking the tuning this far. how many tuners have an engine dyno on hand to create parts? Those things cost a lot of $$$.
So before you bash, I would wait to see what the whole package is
