I disconnected the swaybar, so I know that's not it. And the noise went away when I put the stock shock/spring combo back on, so it's not the SPC lower arms.

This leaves only the MCS shocks with springs and stock mount. Spring is preloaded, the mount is on nice and tight, so I'm sorta grasping at the straws here.
I have a knocking in the front, which I have assumed is the front endlinks, but I haven't taken a good look yet. I've been moving house the last week and things have been a bit crazy.
