Well the Miata sells
terribly thanks to a very old design, absurd price, and the amazing amount of cheap high quality used Miatas that are easily available. You would literally have to hate money to buy a new one.
I think a more interesting point is the supply demand curve may be changing sharply, especially with the Fiesta ST and the 2015 WRX coming out soon.
