only thing i missed would be speaker wire that you'll need to run from the front speakers to the amp location to provide the input signal.
and probably some misc zipties, and a few special words to pull everything through the car.
otherwise, i think everything is there that you would need-- as i said before, i haven't pulled my car apart yet to install my gear, so i'm not 100% on that.. there might be some small pieces here and there that are still needed that i'm not aware of yet..
and you should plan for it to take at least a full day, maybe 2. realistically, it should be about a half-days worth of work, but plan for problems-- it's your first install, so take your time and do it right, don't force panels-- those are usually the ones with hidden screws
