I liked my sti clutch, but always thought it was a little too stiff. Would prefer the resistance somewhere between what the brz is from the factory and what the sti is from the factory. How stiff does it make the clutch?

I would think a valve spring compressor would do the trick. The clutch is stiff, not like a stage II, but traditional feel.
Ever drive a car without the drive-by-wire crap? May predate your time, but my old '91 Toyota pickup had a throttle cable, physically wired to the throttle body; the idle was controlled by a screw holding in the position of the wire. I'd have to say it was just a bit stiffer than that
