When I'm in doubt about the ease of removing auto wax under iffy conditions (humidity can be a big issue), I'll test it first. I'll wax a 2 foot square segment on a door panel below the belt line. That will show me how readily it buffs out.

If unsuccessful, it's below the line of sight and virtually invisible. Then I'll wait for a better day.
