On Friday i did ask him to just refund me but he insisted that he shipped but would not give me a tracking #. So they finally shipped some Lug nuts Titek because the greddy's werent in and i get 20 piece as i was promised but different kinds (short) so i call evasive again . Asked to speak with Danny and they said he is available , so i get transferred and no answer. so im stuck again with lug nuts that i am not satisfied with.  wont be buying from evasive ever again from this experience. |

If you want a full refund please give us a call. You ordered the red ones from our ebay store from us and which we offer free shipping. Being anodized these tend to look pink. Also if you return anything from our website there is a return process which does take about 2-3 days to inspect. We do charge a 30% restock fee which I didn't charge you and we paid the shipping for the new lug nuts. Our phones due tend to get busy at this time of the year because of tax season. I offered a full exchange for the greddy ones which you and I agreed on but we did not have it. so I offered the Titek ones with the locks which you agreed on. Again if you don't want it ill send you a return label and offer a full refund. Also a discount on your next order.
