same cost of living, 2 seasons per year, love them scorpions in my bathtub, austin isn't like the other cities in texas that are more southern.. and I've never experienced a tornado, earthquake. hurricane yes but in houston
for someone that is a car enthusiast, I'd like to think they would enjoy somewhere that has minimal encounters with ice&snow
unless they are big into wheeling
