My only advise is that we all make bad choices in life and we learn from them but how we deal with them makes all the difference in the world. Don't waste your time or money with attempting a civil suit as it will just go nowhere most likely and getting payment if you win is a whole new battle. I have plenty of customers who have sued other companies, won and could never collect, or didnt win and just wasted time and money. Your voice has been heard and the people are your army.
Let it go (the part about feeling personally screwed) and focus your emotions positively on getting the car you always wanted. I know easier said than done
