Hi I'm 24 years old I'm skinny with a small beer belly (that will get bigger) 5'11 175lbs. I am active at work (walking, up and down stairs, some lifting) but I live a very lazy lifestyle outside of work and I don't eat very good.
Recently I have been wanting to change some of my bad habits.I am trying to eat better and start juicing fresh fruits and veggies.I want to start bike riding again and I would like to start working out (I never had try'd a few times but never lasted)
What I want to ask is there any good workout plans that I could do at home with no or little equipment? I would like to do this first because if I could stick with this for awhile and if I do good with this than I will join a gym instead of joining to not go(like I have done before)
