Regardless of the sessions timed, everyone still has an equal opportunity to set a time.

Here's the superior possibility, IMO. If we can consistently have 20 car turnouts, we can have our own private TT session... where the rest of the day is just a normal track day, and only the time you put down in that TT session counts toward final results.
