Interesting race in drying conditions today. Thanks to Jeff Cashmore for being my tire warmer which allowed me to take the win on my last run. The car was almost undrivable for him on old Hancook RS3s in the cold/damp conditions, and only by getting to cycle through quickly on my last run, was I was able to keep some heat in the tires. Initially called as dirty, the cone was taken after the course worker admitted he called the cone on the wrong Subaru!

By the last run, the car felt really good and I liked the way the diff felt in the wet. We have been talking about trying a more aggressive version, but Jeff thought that might be hard to handle in the wet. It's hard to tell though, as my tires are so awful. Hopefully we'll have some new tires for the next event at the end of March.
