The P90x yoga is too much. It's too fast, it's too difficult, it's too aerobic. True yoga is about long stretches and stillness. I would recommend a 45-60 minute gentle DVD or local class instead, BUT it's vital to keep flexibility as you build muscle. A flexible spine is a forever young spine
