Having worked in rental the policies differ from one and another. The cheaper the policy generally they're less inclined to pay for a decent vehicle. I remember times when we had BMW M3 owners who paid for cheap policies and because of that they were given a Pontiac G5 with no power windows/locks. If you got decent coverage, a car like the FRS is likely to fall under things like a Corolla to Sonatas/Optimas. Mustangs/Camaros aren't common at most locations and are more likely to be found at airport locations as city branches can end up in situations where a 2-door coupe is inadequate because many people drive practical sedans or CUV/minivans which often forces you to switch people out quickly if they took it but didn't want it, or worse it sits around waiting for a renter.
