Tank it's 50litres, if you divide 50/4 , each quarter gives around 12.5 liter.
with this average I would be doing around 250km for the whole tank fill up. But I think it might have to do with the idling at 800rpm. It's way high

If you think the idle is affecting your mileage you must be spending a lot of time in city/standstill traffic. In which case, regardless of idle RPM, you would be consuming a lot more fuel. I make between 200-250 MILES with 90% or more highway driving and having a heavy foot. I'm not disappointed.
