Who keeps saying Subaru isn't making their own?
That makes absolutely no sense. All this article says is no subaru version for Aussies. K, they still get the Toyota version.
The article also hints that no AWD version is planned as of yet (otherwise the Subaru of Australia higher up wouldn't have already announced that its not coming to Australia IF they were planning on an AWD setup).
In the future? Maybe, after a bit of chassis work I suppose.
Looks like the premiere model will be RWD only for subaru as well.

Edit: And this is all really funny anyways. Why would an executive from Subaru Australia tell people that a car, thats never going to exist anyways, won't be in Australia? If anything, the fact that he said anything about it at all, hints that subaru is already in the planning on making their own.
Some people just need to use common deduction.
