I guess I just have a hard time believing my headlights are even remotely dangerous. Probably because they are not. I have proven it over and over again. My girlfriends silver star halogens in her civic are more "blinding" than my car. I just followed her to the beach (about 300 miles) at night and she claims that my headlights look great and do not hurt her eyes or distract her at all. I'm doing a fair amount of research and I can't find any law against installing an hid conversion kit. As long as you have projector lenses that will give you a proper cutoff line (halogen or not). As I mentioned earlier as well, how was I able to pass inspection? The mechanic actually thought they were stock at first. He also went on to say they were perfectly aligned and passes the luminosity test just fine. I really don't see what all the fuss is about.
