Lol no. It is 2000 for North America. Scion Canada hasn't released an official number for how many are coming north of the border, but I would suspect 10% of all Monograms (Based on the 10% of 10-Series Limited Edition that came to Canada; 250 or 2500). They only sold a total of 1825 FR-S in Canada in 2013, and 1470 FR-S in 2012, so there is definitely not 2000 Monograms of them coming.
Of the 200 I would even assume an uneven distribution for colours and transmissions based on the American distributions of colours (i.e. 25% White, 20% Red, %20 Black, + remaining colours in U.S.) and %80 being AT, %20 MT.
