I don't agree with this. You are suppose to lube up the o-ring..or you will tear it with it being dry.

xjohnx - did you upgrade your map sensor or still stock? The Omni map sensors o rings are slightly bigger and a TIGHT fit. I actually tore mine the first time around.
I used dielectric grease. Get the o-ring lubricated, but don't put 2 gallons of it on there.
Edit: Did you check the three lines coming off the back of the supercharger? follow those to the other side and make sure the other side of the hoses aren't leaking as well. Theres only so many spots with this thing that could have a vacuum leak.
