I'm looking to tint the windows so people leave me alone while I drive (Sorry guys, but you're notorious for pestering a girl in a sports car). Any suggestions on the darkest, most legal tint % in CA? I don't need LAPD riding my case, yet I want to drive incognito.
Any other lady FR-S owners out there?
Having been on prior boards for other sports cars I've owned, I'm looking forward to your advice!
PS-I think 6,000-8,000 in the last four of the VIN may be the numbering of the Monogram. If this is the case I'm #853 (i.e. 6,853). If anyone has learned more about the numbering, let me know. I'll ask the dealer when I pick mine up.

For tint...you legally cannot tint your two front windows in California...AT ALL. For the back, there is no limit.
Obviously that hasn't stopped me
