They have a retired racetrack owned by the Westin Hotel that is available for rent for events like this. Including use of the track. Also attached to the hotel is a convention center with a massive parking lot for the main lot area. From there you can take a free ferry to the middle of downtown savannah for the night festivities. http://www.westinsavannah.com/track . Of course i'm a little bias because i live here. But it is a fun city, which is why the exotic car clubs like ferrari do their meets here. Also Roebling road is another road course nearby.
If it's in the summer i would suggest somewhere relatively close to the ocean.
