The difference is, they do not squeal AT ALL when I'm not touching the brake pedal. Why should they? Any time the pedal is pressed, they squeal.

Here is a video using those pads. There is no squealing whatsoever until the brakes are used a bit at the very end when they are slightly warm.

I'll be taking out the pads to clean everything and see if i can identify a cause (glazing, excessive drag, etc).. Hopefully after i clean the calipers up it will take care of the problem.
