I have the exact same thing but it is very mild and can be controlled by smooth throttle action. It can be made better with additional tuning time. It hasn't been a showstopper for me since my transmission is not 100% smooth until the car reaches operating temperature anyway. Once up to operating temp, everything is great.

At the moment I have stock injectors and pump. Also, it is being worked on now to get DW700's in there, DW pump, 3 bar map and tuning for the whole shebang on pump (92). Once that is done, I will have an e85 map built. I'll let you know how the cold spot between 2 and 3k feels after that. Even if it doesn't change much, I don't care since it is not detrimental to the car and I have noticed this car is clunky all around anyway until it is fully warm/hot.
