Remove the door panel and then the speaker grille. Remove the drivers door power window switch plate and fit some dynamat (or equivalent) between the door panel and lower door trim. I did two layers and this solved the rattle.

My audio install guy says that Lowe's sells a roofing product that accomplishes the same thing as dynamat for a lot cheaper. I haven't stopped yet to check it out, but I'm guessing it's this stuff:
