You guys that have the TRD kit, can you explain how you've mounted the side skirts?

I know there are brackets underneath, along with the screw holes that go inside the wheel well/mud flap holes. Did you guys drill for the rear holes? I believe the front lines up with the mud flap mounting holes. Should I also use 3m tape?
