Race pads have higher initial bite - especially pads such as the xp10. Good street pads that are low dust and good life will have very low friction coefficient compared to the pads you are using but are enough for street use (key word "enough").
You are in essence cleaning off the pads after first use and the noise is going to happen as the pads are seated. As it appears you have never used XP10 pads before - this is perfectly normal - nothing you can do about it. So you learn to live with the noise "because racecar" or you get street pads to swap out. You can clean your rotors all you want - the noise will just come back.

So in essence once the pads / rotors have been properly heat cycled this is the type of noise you can expect from race-grade pads such as the XP10's.
I'll pickup some Bobcat's and hopefully those will be a bit quieter between HPDE's.
Thanks for your help.
