I understand these are race pads. The question is what changed before and after the HPDE in terms of noise? Why is there a constant squealing now even under no braking? Only guess was that the caliper slides are dirty and the pad is not fully returning back?

Once again i'm not trying to say "OMG why are my race pad squealing guys!?" Rather asking what changed before and after the HPDE that's causing the noise.
