Compared to other stock times posted by Motortrend and others, your trap speed is on the lower end. Some people get as high as 95-96 mph, which is significantly higher. Other factors may be at work, like crappy weather, or possibly you just ran on a slower track. I would ask other people who run on that track how their stock times compare with other folks' stock times on different tracks. But I imagine you can expect at least a 4-5 mph bump with a tune, header, and e85.
EDIT: I think @
JuniorAWD ran a sub-2 second 60' using launch control on stock tires. So there may be more room for improvement than you think.
