For lower back exercises i always stuck with just normal conventional dead lifts. Or Russian deadlifts, however you want to word it. Didn't do too many lower back exercises, that way i can go heavy and get some pretty mid to high reps with it. I don't want a really thick lower back, more of a thicker upper back and a smaller lower back. It's all personal preference for me though.
Did you pick up a gym pass along with your bf? The gym is a excellent place to start if you have it to your disposal.

Nah.. I had the 24 pass until that shit got kinda expensive. The body weight training I've done was like running up and down hills at different intervals. Occasionally I'll carry up a sand bag and use it as extra weight but that's all I've done.
I also pretty much hate going to the gym with my bf because this mofo has A LOT of excuses. "I have to start small because I just started!" He's using the same amount of weight as I'm using for low squats, leg press and calf raises. Maybe I've done sports a large chunk of my life but his "I'm just starting!" excuse really bothers me. Also his damn eating habits sucks. He's kinda like... a Planet Fitness guy. rofl I call him out on it every time.
But he got a Chuze membership (you can bring a guest in for free) recently and it's pretty much the same thing as a freaking PF gym, but I need it for the weights so I don't care too much. Now I'm just pushing him.

Thanks! I'll get on that!
Anyways, thanks for the fun little pokes at each other through the earlier parts of the thread (I went through it lol). On a side note I'm going through all the BB.com and SimplyShredded to read a bit more on the supplements and there's a shit load.
When I did sports back in H.S we only took whey and the rest was just "no fatty food and junk." So a couple of more questions... lol my bad.
Which is the most IIFYM accurate information you can give me.
Glutamine and Casein... When to take them.
I only plan on doing 3 different supplements for now since... Iono I just choose too unless you can convince me otherwise. Also they're pricey.
Anyways thanks for the help guys. Muchos Appreciate it.
