We're arguing the principle, not the numbers.
Besides, if your two dynos read the torque at the same rpm (likely) then one would read a higher hp number than the other, that's simple mathematics. If we for simplicity say that the peak torque occur at 5252rpm, then one will read 140hp and the other will read 150hp, no matter what you call it. If one read 130 and one read 150 there's a different percentage gain on the SAME engine.
