I'd imagine you need RS3's in 245+ or the like to hook up but would you not have the same issues @ 400-500 whp no matter what tire you use? Ever see a corvette tires yeah they are massive for a reason. My Dad has one and they still can spin.

This is why bigger turbos are better. Make 500 hp gradually with a smooth hp curve so you dont overtake coefficient of friction.
