on WS70's the tail can be happy with improper throttle and steering input, but take it easy, know the cars limitation of grip and how to control it and you'll be fine. I climbed a huge hill last saturday in the snow, first time up had a bit of sideways slip, second time up, perfect.

we have a steering wheel? man ive been using the throttle to turn for almost 2 years now.... how could i have missed this

in the rain aswell... i remember the first time i almost went sideways on the free way at 55mph when i went over the painted lines and my tires still had 60% life in them... So i proceeded to the closest drift track and burnt them off in 20 minutes time and put summer tires on the car lol...
