Ok, consider the extreme example:
You have a dyno that reads VERY low, it reads the baseline peak whp as 100hp. After some Bob-lovin' the engine output 5% more, so the peak hp is now 105hp, 5hp gained.
So you're saying that if I take the same car on a dyno that reads high I will see the same absolute gains? So it reads 200whp stock, 5hp power gain, and the gain is now 2,5%. So I made 5hp by driving to the other shop? Or did I lose 5hp on the first dyno?
Does dyno still not matter for absolute gains?
