Every time my windshield gets foggy--which is extremely often, by the way--these alien markings appear everywhere, and there are quite a few more than what is pictured.

They look like residue from the temporary emissions exemption sticker that came on the car when new (I got it from Heuberger, if that means anything). But, why in so many places? Did they really have to relocate it so many times or were there more stickers?

Anyway, to the point. How do I get rid of it? I've tried IPA and Goo-Gone so far. Obviously, it's invisible unless it's foggy and I can live with them there, but I would feel much more accomplished if I could remove them
