So let's just start figuring it out. Monogram FRS vs Limited BRZ and getting a base FRS up to snuff.
Alcantara or leather seats? Okay, that's going to run you at least 1500 bucks front and rear most likely. Want them heated? Couple hundred more.
HID? Figure 1200 for BRZ OEM headlights or 1500-2000 for 86 OEM headlights. Yeah you can take apart your headlights and do a HID retrofit, and that's fine and will cost less if that's what you want to do, but it's also technically not legal. Likelihood of that change getting you into trouble though? Slim to none, probably. You can also do aftermarket headlights like Winjet, but I'd personally probably still go with a HID projector retrofit on top of those. After all we want comparable to the higher trim, right?
Do you want keyless proximity entry? EasyGo makes a system that looks pretty close to OEM, but it's six hundred bucks and people have said it's a difficult install, ymmv.
Add another grand, at least, if you want dual-zone HVAC converted over once you buy the parts and the harness that someone on here is selling.
Now add labor into all of that if you don't want to do it yourself.
It adds up pretty quick.

You summed that up a lot better than I did. That is basically what I wanted to get at. I actually forgot about the dual climate control which is one of the reasons why I'll be going with a BRZ limited.
