Our cars can match/outrun a stock S2000 with full bolt ons and E85, but an S2000 isn't a 'fast' car by any stretch.
These cars are all about driving enjoyment. They are fun to drive because they are so responsive - a good tune on E85 goes a long way to making car MUCH more fun to drive... it doesn't make the car *that* much faster but it makes the engine/throttle much more responsive. Other things like lightweight flywheels, lightweight driveshafts, final drive swaps will all make the car feel much more responsive, but not really make the car that much faster.
If you want a powerful 86, you gotta go FI.

Yes! Thank you for saying what I could not articulate.
I should have named this thread "how to make an even more fun NA car"
Or
"How to make a respectively quicker NA car"
I totally could have purchased a wrx or a mustang if I wanted more power. But I enjoy this car too much. I wouldn't want to sacrifice everything this car is amazing at. To be honest I want to have my cake and eat it too. Luckily around 30-40 more horsepower and the shorter final should do the trick
I'm not planning on winning any races.
Fun is definitely the top priority
