Densisty Altitude (DA) is a way that people adjust ET and MPHs based on the conditions of the track that day. Track elevation, temperature, humidity and barometric pressure are used to calculate DA. I was watching the NHRA boys in the season opener this weekend, and they showed the DA for the event.
