If not, I'd leave them alone.
If they are wore out, I'd just replace them with OEM pads, for DD and occasional track use.
As far as bleeding and installing, if you are a brake noob, I'd take er down to the local brake shop and have a professional do it ....

I'll check them out I haven't checked since there aren't that many miles on my car...I know for sure I need to replace the fluid though the track ruined it and just never got around to putting better stuff in yet
