If they are wore out, I'd just replace them with OEM pads for DD and occasional track use.
As far as bleeding and installing, if you are a brake noob, I'd take er down to the local brake shop and have a professional do it ....

Yea the pads on our cars are pretty good. Im boosted and still find the OEM pads to be good even with the power im pushing.
