Doesn't work this way. Gains are absolute, not percentage based

The engine makes what it makes as a baseline, and it makes what it makes after tuning. There's nothing there to skew the numbers.

What you're suggesting is that the baseline and final numbers are related by a percentage, and that's simply not true.
