As one father to another, might I suggest you give her more responsibility; set her up with some on-line courses; introduce her to antique furniture restoration (stripping/sanding/refinishing); maybe do all of the accounting for the business; of course, there is always the janitorial work and let's not forget taking that
complete inventory you've been meaning to do.
