I am in the process of having my oem wheels refinished as well, my wheels are right now at Quy's coating in brampton based on a recommendation I went there. They also do have a good rep online just based on a quick search I just did.
They are supposed to be ready for pickup tomorrow I can give you further results if you are interested ( I did forget to take before pics )
Price $750 for 18" wheels he quoted me $450 and up when I called but when I got there he said my wheels (oem E39 m5 wheels) have a lot of spokes and also wider so they cost more.

Yikes, $750 for a set of wheels? that's quite a lot. I'm guessing that's the cost for full wheel restoration? I'm only looking to buff out some scratches and tiny curb marks.
