Definitely keep your stock parts. The only people who are looking to by stock parts are people who already made the mistake of selling them anyway.
There are a few aftermarket parts I would be willing to pay extra for on a car, such as high-quality wheels, coilovers, or a cat back exhaust, given the car also came with the stock equivalents. A supercharger kit is too much for me to be comfortable with buying, and it's something I would prefer to be in charge of (in terms of the install and choosing the supporting mods).
And didn't a turbo'd BRZ just sell for $35k on these forums not too long ago? Nothing is impossible, I suppose. He probably had $15k+ worth of aftermarket parts in it though.
