Oh my,
..... I'd best tell "the rest of the story".
My aunt & uncle had 9 children and their were 4 children in my family. So, when it came to bed time, all space was used. They had a big bed in the partially finished attic (no heat) with a feather mattress and a huge down comforter ..... but it was very cold up there.
Two younger twins wanted to sleep in the attic but they were scared, so my older girl cousin and I were designated to sleep up there with them.
So there ..... I'm not the pre-vert you thought I was .....
