Through different dealerships. One dealership can place 2 orders for the same person. I know who has done so and they have two VONs.
The point is to reduce the crap orders people are doing just to get cars to their dealerships and to stop those who just want one as soon as possible so they figure they'd go through multiple dealers. People who really intend to buy two will buy from one dealership.
