Just got off the phone with Rich. He said that he wasn't aware of anyone getting emails who were in our group buy/preordered with him. He also was not aware of confirmation emails sent out by Subaru, but to not worry. He told me to call him back on Friday after 2pm, when he's back at work, and he would take out my file and email or fax me a copy of it, which has my VON on it.
This guy is very cordial. Today was his birthday/day off, and he still took the time to speak to me and reassure me that we're in good hands. Props to whoever hooked us up with Rich
